The Work Sharp Benchstone is a benchtop knife sharpener with coarse and medium diamond abrasives and fine ceramic for honing. The Benchstone knife sharpener also includes two interchangeable angle guides for sharpening at 20 and 25 degrees.
The Tri-brasive sharpening stone rests on the sharpening base and can be locked in to remain rigid, or left unlocked which activates Pivot-Response. Pivot Response is a Work Sharp feature which allows the stone to pivot to the side and follow the curve of the knife helping the user maintain the sharpening angle throughout the full length of the stroke.
