Instant Pot Beef Roast

A delicious beef rib roast in the Instant Pot. Tender beef with a beautiful colour and perfect for being the star for any Sunday Dinner.
Ingredients
- Beef Rib Roast
- 3 Tbsp Sage
- Salt & Pepper
Instructions
- Place the beef rib onto a chopping board. Using a sharp knife score the meat so that your beef will be flavoursome.
- Rub salt, pepper and sage into the top and sides of the beef.
- Place 1 cup (240ml) of warm water into the bottom of your Instant Pot inner pot.
- Place the rib of beef on top, set the lid to sealing and cook for 40 minutes on manual.
- Use quick pressure release (QPR) when it beeps if you are looking for rare/medium rare, or natural pressure release (NPR) for well done.
- Slice and serve.
