I RECEIVED A BETTER ITEM THAN i EXPECTED.

This diamond sharpening plate was suppose to be 220 grit. I received a 160 grit. When using a course grit your goal is to get the job done as quickly as possible and move on to the next less aggressive grit. I had never seen a 160 grit but I was extremely happy to get. I told them I am keeping it so please do not ask me to return it. They never asked me to return it. But they don't have it listed on their website.

GREAT REPLACEMENT. I WISH THEY HAVE THE FINE DIAMOND PLATE MORE COARSE/GRIT IN BETWEEN THE FINE AND THE COARSE. IT IS BEST TO HAVE 2 COARSE DIAMOND PLATES ON BOTH SIDES FOR CONVENIENT SHARPENING AND SHARPEN BY CONTROLLING THE FORCE APPLIED ON THE KNIFE. THE FINE PLATE BECOMES TOTALLY USELESS VERY EASILY AFTER SO MANY SHARPENINGS.
